Absolutely! Our refreshment stations are available all day long with our selection of various teas, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate, fresh fruit juices and infused water on tap.

We cater for all types of diets including the fussy eaters. Make sure your event organiser has your dietary specifications to pass on to us and we’ll make sure your catered for on event day!

This includes vegetarian, vegan, banting, diabetic, Kosher, Halaal, low-carb, gluten free, lactose intolerant, and many more!

We are fully licensed and geared up and ready for sundowners at anytime of the day – it doesn’t have to just be at sunset. Although we do suggest waiting for the first plane to fly over. Chat to your Dedicated Coordinator about what we should be putting on ice for you.

Definitely, swap out your morning arrivals for a full hot breakfast or a lighter scrumptious table and we’ll make sure everyone’s tummy matches the excitement on their face.

We are conveniently less than 1 kilometre from the Rivonia Rd offramp off the N1 highway. Better yet, it’s just 3 mins from the Buccleauch Interchange to Rivonia offramp, ensuring easy access no matter whether you’re travelling from the North, South, East or West.

Being so close to the highway, the traffic has little impact on your travel. Better yet, with the majority of the traffic heading into Sandton, you’ll be traveling against it making it easy breezy!

One of the pros of hosting your event at Focus Rooms is free and secure onsite parking for all your guests. We have ample parking space so no one is left outside. We can also arrange undercover parking for your VVIP guests.

Fortunately, our access points to the venue means that you are never to far to the entrance and for those strutting their stuff in heels, we also have the Focus Rooms golf cart, or limo as some like to call it, to get you from your car to the door in no time.

We are wheelchair friendly! Please communicate ahead of time about special accessibility so that we can ensure we have the best possible room placement and arrangements so that your day runs as smoothly as possible.

We provide complementary WiFi to all of our guests on the day of your event. Our WiFi is set up and ready for a high capacity day with our service providers best service efforts.

Please do! We would love to host you for a spoil and site inspection or pre-event briefing to make sure that we’ve got no stone left unturned. Our Dedicated Coordinators and superhero Sale Team will be bending over backwards to make sure every one of your needs is met for your event.

We love slumber parties! While we don’t have accommodation onsite, we’d love to organise a room for you at a local guest lodge or hotel as well as transport to and from the venue and your lodging.

Finding ways to minimise our impact on the environment is very important to us. We’re doing our bit little step by little step to reduce our plastic waste. For this reason, we’ve banned the use of plastic straws at our venue and have eliminated single use plastic water bottles. You may now enjoy fruit and herb infused, ice cold filter water on tap throughout your conference, training or event. Although these are only small steps, we’d like our clients to take this journey with us towards an environmentally friendly operation.

Bring your boss through to see the venue and get more than they expect, first hand! If it’s difficult to get them out of the office, we’ll come to you. One of our super hero sales team would be happy to explain our extensive offering and give them a taste of the Focus Rooms experience.
