Volvo Trucks Launch Kick off

Event : Volvo Trucks hosted a conference for their employees to introduce their new fleet as well as take the drivers for test drives.
Due to our ample space outdoors we could accommodate 8 trucks as well as the test drive facilities.
We hosted 3 different sessions of 30/40 Guests per sessions
We served prepacked arrival snacks , whole peeled fruit and a beautiful cold Lunch to all Attendees.
Final Group made up of Management and Senior staff stayed behind for a cocktail and dinner function
All COVID Protocol in place to ensure capacity was controlled and with in regulations
Just a big thank you to yourself and everyone at the Focus Rooms that helped us with a very successful event yesterday.
